Our wines are produced in a territory with unique features of soil and climate.

Here, the area encompasses well-exposed, fertile lands, suitable for vine cultivation and looking over the African sea, from the fertile green hills gently descending to the sea, to the wide valleys surrounding Lake Arancio, far to the sunny shores blown by the sea breeze.

The wines here produced come from high quality native vine, like Inzolia, Grecanico, Grillo and Catarratto, among the white ones, while Nero d'Avola and Nerello Mascalese among the red wines. In this area, though, some international vines have found their ideal habitat, so that also the Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah wines are of excellent quality here.

Among the many denominations, the IGT Sicilia is the most widespread, but there are also five DOCs (Contessa Entellina, Menfi, Sciacca, Sambuca e Santa Margherita) which highlights the tight link between wines and their own territory.

In the Strada del Vino Terre Sicane there are 18 wineries, among the most appreciated in Sicily, offering a wide range of high quality products.
